I got a coupon in the mail and we were excited to use it. We used it late night and great hours. The pizza appetizer and dessert were at a great price. The presentation was wonderful and staff were great. But the food was extremely dry and some topping were very over powering.

I will never order here again for the fear of my own safety and I will continue to tell my friends and family and internet not to as well. I ordered delivery and when it came the driver almost demanded a tip and when I was closing the door he BANGED my door so hard. Tipping is optional and supposed to be for GOOD service, I don’t see how banging people’s doors is considered good service and I only live a few blocks away. I see other people complaining about him too and I think it’s highly unprofessional that he is still employed by this place.

Our go to takeout pizza, fresh and delicious and crust is great! Love adding hot honey to the pepperoni. The couple that runs/owns the shop is also very cute, they are always smiling and very kind, and sometimes one of them even delivers our pizza. We live right down the road so even tho I know it’s a chain, this location feels like our local neighborhood mom and pop pizza place which is awesome.

First time carry-out with Vocelli Pizza from Fairfax. Delivery took a little more than 40 minutes. The pie was pretty good and I noticed they sprinkled grated cheese to the edge of the crust, baked in. The ingredients was very fresh but it needed some Italian seasonings and garlic power to enhance the flavor.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza directly from the store (not through DoorDash or any delivery app) and paid $35. When the delivery driver arrived, he started banging on my door aggressively. As soon as I opened it, the first thing he asked was about a tip. I had already paid $35 for a single pepperoni pizza, so this felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I understand tipping is appreciated, but the way it was handled was inappropriate and off-putting. Delivery should feel respectful and professional, not pressured. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.
